WQKR covers a population base of 100,00 residents in Portland, Westmoreland, White House, Franklin (KY), and other parts of northern and central Sumner County. Parts of eastern Robertson County are also covered.

In addition to promotion efforts by WQKR, TLO is committed to developing a growing audience via social media marketing, presence at key events and by other means.
